Fees
Our fees cover all work required to act for the lender on both the mortgage and any redemption.
Estimate of our fees will be £950 + VAT + Disbursements.
Disbursements are costs payable to third parties and include:

Land Registry fee (dependent on amount borrowed)

ID searches (approximately £15 per person + VAT)

Electronic money transfer fee (approximately £50 + VAT)

Possibly search fees which are approximately £300 + VAT. This will be dependent on whether the lender requires them
